Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. By submitting payment, you agree to the custom nature of the products and services provided by FinishLine Graphics. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once production has begun or services have been rendered.

Design Work: Any fees paid toward custom design work (including logos, mockups, wraps, signage, apparel, etc.) are non-refundable, regardless of project completion status. All design fees cover time, labor, and creative direction — not the final product alone. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the fee still applies in full.

Proof Approval: It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs before production. FinishLine Graphics is not responsible for errors, omissions, or design changes requested after approval is given.

Deposits & Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin design or production. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and compensates for any work completed up to that point. Cancellations after deposit forfeits any refund and may incur additional charges for services rendered.

Warranty: Product defects or installation concerns are covered under our Limited Warranty, available at www.finishline.graphics/limited-warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the stated time period and are subject to inspection. Reprints or repairs will be issued at our discretion.

Order Pickup & Storage: Orders marked for Will Call (in-store pickup) must be picked up within 30 days of completion notice. Items left unclaimed beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without notice. FinishLine Graphics is not responsible for replacing or refunding abandoned items.
